This training program is aimed to enhance the proficiency level of the trainee by providing the next level knowledge for integration of various industrial fluid based actuation systems along with hands-on training sessions on Electro – Pneumatic, Electro – Hydraulic actuation system, advanced industrial controllers and Industrial Sensors.

Course Outline

  • Electro Pneumatic Control.
  • Solenoid operation of valves.
  • Pneumatic and electro – Pneumatic Circuit with practical aspects.
  • Maintenance and trouble shooting.
  • Safety aspects.
  • Electro – hydraulic control.
  • Instructions guidance and review for critical hydraulic aspects.
  • Practice by self care of circuit making on being honest demonstration Power pack.
  • Instruction on storage, commissioning, trouble shooting, Maintenance and safety.
  • Electro- hydraulic and Electro- pneumatic control Technology with PLC.
  • Develop a PLC program for automatic control system of a medium degree of complicity.
  • Select the Right hardware for given application.
  • Contact the field device to the PLC to create complete control system.
  • Introduction to sensor Technology.
  • Fundamental construction feature of various sensors.
  • Principle & Functioning of various sensor like Inductive sensor, Competitive sensor, Photo electric sensor, Ultra sonic sensor.
