Robot Cell Designer-Advance Level

The aim of this training for the participants to gain advance knowledge of offline programming and cell development using KUKA SIMPRO Software. This training provide opportunity to programmers to design robotic cell layout as per industry demand and analysis for quality confirmation before execution of the programs.

  • KUKA Simpro overview
  • Basic Design of a Robot Cell: Creating a cell layout; Importing and manipulating CAD; Plug and play; Snap tools
  • Robot motion programming
  • Tool and Base offset and Exporting and importing of tool and base data
  • Signal connection / signal exchange
  • Kinematics of grippers and gripper motion
  • Component creation: Environment; Kinematic systems; Data processing
  • Import Export programs – SRC and DAT
  • Use of external axis- Linear and rotary
  • Collision detection and distance check
  • Cycle time determination
  • Q & A Session
  • Training test & feedback session
