Robotic Application Programming-Milling

Robotic milling offers versatility to create simple or complex parts of any size with lower equipment and operating costs. Robotic Machining are next step of Rapid Prototyping where user can work with large and different variety of materials.

The aim of this specific training for the participants to gain specific skill for Robotic Machining Operation. The state of art training provide opportunity to programmers upgrading their knowledge from traditional setup consisting manual processes or semiautomatic processes to Robotic Automation. Trainee also acquire knowledge about large scale fabrication and sculpting using Robotic machining operation.

  • Recapitulation of Tool & Base Calibration, Motion Programming
  • Power Mill spindle tool and Rotary table calibration
  • Advance concept of Offline Programming
  • Introduction to advance CAM functions
  • Machine and tool setup in software.
  • Part positioning and strategy planning
  • Post processing of Output file
  • Job setup and upload program on hardware setup
  • I/O Mapping Configuration for operation
  • Execution of program for job work
  • Identify and avoiding inaccuracy / Troubleshooting
  • Q & A Session
  • Training test & feedback session
